Skye Van Camp
At heart, Skye is an artist in co-creation with the natural rhythms of life. She is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, movement and sound healing facilitator, and immersive wellness leader devoted to creating intentional, spirited experiences of reconnection and restoration. Raised in the Ozark Mountains, her deep bond with nature infuses the way she teaches with understanding and reverence for the full spectrum of the human experience.

Over the last decade, Skye has immersed herself in yoga, somatic healing, integrative movement, freeform dance, holistic psychology and mindfulness practices- diving into the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. These modalities have been pillars in her healing and in daily living, grounding her through life’s ebb and flow. Her path has centered on understanding and tending to the nervous system, exploring how our development and life experiences shape our present reality and subconscious patterning, and what we can do about it.

In her sessions, she weaves somatic practices, intuitive movement, nervous system attunement, and heart-centered inquiry to create a space for authentic healing, relating, and remembrance.

For Skye, embodiment transcends the physical. It is a living practice of presence, curiosity, and devotion to the process, in turn creating more freedom. It is a return to the heart, a deep listening to the body’s wisdom, and a reclamation of one's life.

Through her 1:1 program, group offerings, corporate wellness, private yoga, sound healing and retreats, Skye collaborates intimately with people to curate personalized, evolving experiences of learning, integration, and growth. Her childlike spirit brings playfulness and exploration into the work, inviting those she serves to be curious, to embrace imperfection, and to trust the great unfolding of their lives.

Skye is honored to co-create and steward spaces where individuals can restore physically, emotionally, and spiritually returning to their lives, families, and paths feeling more capable, connected, and clear.

Where My Work Comes From
My work is shaped by lived experience and the ongoing practice of learning how to relate to my inner world with more care.
For many years, I moved through life feeling depressed, disconnected from my body, and unsure how to safely feel or understand what was happening inside of me. Without the language or tools to make sense of these patterns, I often turned inward with self shame spirals.
Over time, I came to understand that my responses were not failures, but adaptations. That understanding changed how I relate to myself, and became the ground my work grows from.

My Mission
My mission is to support people in developing a safer, more compassionate relationship with themselves through nervous-system-informed care, practical tools, and honest presence.
I aim to create spaces where healing is not rushed or performed, but integrated. Where people feel supported in understanding their inner world, regulating their nervous systems, and moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My Values
Gentleness with Responsibility
I believe we can meet ourselves with compassion while still taking responsibility for our growth and choices.

Safety Before Change
Sustainable healing happens when the nervous system feels supported. Pace and consent matter.

Embodiment Over Performance
Healing is lived and practiced, not perfected. Presence matters more than appearance.

Honesty & Integrity
I value clear boundaries, grounded support, and work that honors the truth of where someone is.

Wholeness
I believe every part of us—shaped by survival, longing, resilience, and love—belongs in the healing process.
